At the College, we place a strong emphasis on fostering resilience in our pupils. In the dynamic landscape of modern schooling, where pupils navigate a myriad of academic and social pressures, developing resilience is crucial. By instilling resilience, we empower our pupils to face difficulties with a positive mindset, learn from setbacks, and develop the grit needed for success.
We have encapsulated this with the phrase ‘Resilient Ready’. Over the next five terms this is the focus of our Teaching & Learning.
